Exercise of Options
Prime Focus London Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has issued 20,000 ordinary shares ("New Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee. Application has been made for the admission of the New Shares and it is expected that they will be admitted to trading on AIM on 9 June 2011.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company with voting rights will be 32,795,978.
