Exercise of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has issued and allotted 2,190,000 shares of 0.5p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme.

An application for admission of the new shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence on 4th April 2014.

The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options is 281,362,065.
