Exercise of Options
Prime Focus London Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has issued 19,628 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Shares") at an exercise price of 7 pence per share following the exercise of options by two employees under the Company's 2009 Share Option Plan.
Application has been made for the admission of the New Shares and it is expected that they will be admitted to trading on AIM on 6 October 2011.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company with voting rights will be 32,847,881.
