Exercise of Options

Stadium Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 8 March 2012 that options over 60,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised on that day.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as is practicable.

Upon the shares being admitted to trading, the Company will have 29,437,398 Ordinary Shares in issue.
