Corac Group Plc25 January 2005 Corac Group plc ("Corac") The Board of Corac announces that, on 24 January 2005, it approved the issue andallotment of 19,632 (0.03%) new ordinary shares in Corac. This follows anexercise of 19,632 share options at an exercise price of 10 pence per share.These shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares.Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading onthe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings areexpected to commence on 31 January 2005.
