Exercise of Options

Murgitroyd announces that it has issued and allotted 5,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Group's unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.

An application for admission of the new shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence on 11 October 2012.

The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of options is 8,650,347.
