Exercise of Options and Director’s Dealings
Aura wishes to inform the market of the following change in the number of fully paid ordinary shares on issue of no par value:
Number of ordinary shares to be issued 450,337
Total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue 792,808,124
Ordinary shares held in Treasury NIL
Expected Admission date 19 April 2017
Pursuant to a Contract of Employment between the Company and Mr PD Reeve, the Executive Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Reeve is entitled to quarterly share-based payments of A$25,000 before tax. The issue of shares set out above relates to the issue of fully paid ordinary shares for the quarter 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016 with the pricing of the shares at the VWAP. The VWAP for the above-mentioned period was 2.97 Australian cents per fully paid ordinary share.
