Exercise of options

Pursuant to the exercise of options on 14 January 2010 under the Company's SAYE Scheme and Executive Share Option Scheme, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 15,932 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").  It is expected that Admission will become effective on 25 January 2010.
