Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 12 December 2008, 2,000 options were exercised by employees under the IndigoVision Group plc [name of Scheme]. 

Application has been made by IndigoVision for a further 2,000 ordinary shares of 1p pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.

It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares will commence on 22 December 2008.
