Etalon Acquires New Project in St. Petersburg

Etalon Group Limited ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has acquired a one-hectare land plot in the Moskovskiy district of St. Petersburg for the development of a comfort-class residential project comprising a 25-storey building with 312 apartments, underground parking, and a pre-school with a capacity of up to 50 children. The total planned NSA of the project is 26 ths sqm.

The site is 10-minutes' walk from the Zvezdnaya metro station and has access to major roads, including Moskovskiy prospekt, Vitebskiy prospekt and Prospekt Kosmonavtov. The complex is situated close to a number of stores, educational and sports facilities, as well as to Pulkovskiy park.

The construction permit for this project has already been acquired, and construction is expected to start in the next 12 months, with delivery due in 2019.
