Equity Capital Raising - Clarification
Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) advises of a correction to yesterday's announcement titled "Equity Capital Raising of £0.34 Million".
The release stated in the first paragraph on page one that "…new shares at 0.13 pence (A$0.2330 cents) per share (Placing).". The release should have said "…at 0.13 pence (AUD 0.2330 cents) per share (Placing)."
The Company notes that completion of the Placing is anticipated on before 13 August 2019 and is conditional, inter alia, upon admission of the shares the subject of the Placing to trading on AIM.
