11 April 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), the world's largest producer of low-carbon aluminium and independent hydropower, announced the following:

Following announcement by the European Council, EN+ and UC RUSAL confirm that the announcement has no impact on the Group or its subsidiaries, and they remain free from sanctions worldwide. Mr. Deripaska surrendered majority ownership and control of the Group as part of an agreement with the U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) in 2019. The robust corporate governance and ownership changes that we put in place in that landmark agreement remain effective and ongoing.
