The Board of Downing FOUR VCT plc is pleased to announce an extension of the Offers for Subscription that launched on 14 November 2018 (“Offers”). The Offers had previously been scheduled to close on 30 June 2019 but have now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 August 2019 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).
