Executive Board's proposal regarding dividends distribution for the financial year 2017

The Executive Board's proposal for distribution of dividends for the financial year 2017 the same as announced on 21 February, namely a gross dividend of RON 0.02/share, was approved by the Supervisory Board on March 19, 2018 and will be submitted for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on April 26, 2018.

The proposed Registration Date, which serves to the identification of the shareholders who are to benefit from dividends is May 25, 2018, the proposed "Ex-Date" is May 24, 2018, while the proposed Payment Date is June 19, 2018.
