Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per ‘G’ share.
The interim dividend will be paid on 9 May 2013 to the ‘G’ shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 19 April 2013. The ‘G’ shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 April 2013.
