Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 12th January, 2018 has, inter-alia, approved payment of interim dividend for the FY 2017-18 @76.5% (Rs. -------------7.65 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Saturday, the 20th January, 2018 fixed for the said purpose.

The Board meeting commenced at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.30 p.m.
