Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per G share (2014: 5 pence per G share).
The interim dividend will be paid on 26 February 2015 to the G shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 6 February 2015. The G shares will be marked ex-dividend on 5 February 2015.
