It is stated that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting heldtoday i.e. 17th December, 2007 have, inter-alia, approved payment of interimdividend @ 40% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for theFinancial Year 2007-08. The said interim dividend shall be payable withreference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Saturday, the 22nd December, 2007 fixedfor the said purpose, which had already been informed to you vide our letterof even reference dated 26th November, 2007.
