Final dividend payment date
Further to the announcement today, 29 March 2010, of the preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009, The Hotel Corporation plc announces that the final dividend of 1.8p per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on 11 May 2010. The shares will become ex-dividend on 7 April 2010 and the record date will be 9 April 2010.
