Dublin, 26 February 2019 | Further to the publication of its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2018 on 26 February 2019, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 2.8 cent per ordinary share, to be paid on 1 April 2019 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 8 March 2019. The dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") as defined under Irish REIT legislation.
