DISPATCH OF OGDCL 1st  INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND (D-30)FOR THE YEAR 2008-09

We are pleased to inform you that the dividend warrants in respect of 1st Interim Cash Dividend D-30 for the year 2008-09 @ Rs, 2.00 per share, i.e. 20% of the Face Value of the share have been dispatched to the entitled shareholders (i.e. shareholders whose names were appearing in the Register of Members of the Company as on December 13, 2008).
