Dividend Declaration
LondonMetric Property Plc has today declared a third quarterly interim dividend of 1.8 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").
The timetable is set out below:
Ex-dividend date | 16 March 2017 |
Record date | 17 March 2017 |
Dividend payment date | 18 April 2017 |
The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders.
