STANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS PROPERTY INCOME TRUST LIMITED

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust has sold its long leasehold interest in a cold storage warehouse unit at Cupula Way, Scunthorpe for £2.25m. The property was sold to an owner occupier, with vacant possession, following the recent corporate failure of the tenant; Innovate Logistics. In line with the movement in market pricing in the intervening period, the price realised on the sale was 10% below the valuation at the end of September 2008.
