Directorship Update

The Board of FGML would like to advise of an update to Mark Fresson's directorships as disclosed in the admission document sent to shareholders on 8th August 2008 which can be found on the company's website at www.fgml.co.uk.

On 11th August 2008, it was announced that Mark Fresson was appointed as finance director of Brinkley Mining plc and this company should be included in his list of current directorships. 

Other than the information contained in this announcement and in the admission document, there are no other details to be disclosed in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
