Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Richard Kilner was a director on the board of PH Realisations 2020 Limited* when it entered administration on 16 September 2020. PH Realisations 2020 Limited was a private company that entered administration as a result of difficult trading conditions during Covid. The administration process is ongoing and distributions have been made to the vast majority of secured creditors.

There are no other matters in relation to Richard Kilner's directorships which are required to be disclosed in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies. 

* PH Realisations 2020 Limited was the name given to the company by the administrator. The underlying trading business was Procam Television Holdings Ltd.
