The company was notified on 16th July 2008 of the purchase on the 14th July 2008 by Duncan Hall, Director of the company, of 1,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the company ('shares') at a price of 333 pence per share. As a consequence, Duncan Hall's shareholding in the company, including family interests, is 3000 shares representing 0.01388 per cent of existing share capital of the company.
