Director's Share Transaction
Persimmon plc (the "Company") announces that it has today been informed that Mike Farley, Chief Executive today transferred 207,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Mrs Janet Farley for nil consideration.
As a result of this transaction Mr and Mrs Farley remain beneficially interested in 1,147,753 shares or 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company on 5 November 2012 is 302,747,273 ordinary shares.
