Director's Share Dealings
Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that John Theobald, Chief Operating Officer, bought on 26th August 2010 1,892 shares in the Company at a price of 264.2p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 195,584 shares representing approximately 0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Company further announces that Matthew Tack, Finance Director, bought on 3rd September 2010 5,079 shares in the Company at a price of 254.5p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 272,156 shares representing approximately 0.25% of the issued ordinary share capital.
