Resmex plc21 March 2006 Resmex plc ("Resmex" or the "Company") Director's interest 21 March 2006 Further to the recent appointment of John Newton as a director of the Company,Resmex announces that Mr Newton is interested all of the issued share capital ofDrawone Pty Limited which is a party to a royalty agreement with the Companydated 2 November 2005. Under the agreement the Company granted to Drawone PtyLimited a royalty set at 1% of the sales revenue of the Company generated by thesale of oil, gas and any related petroleum product from certain Australianexploration permits acquired by the Company from Intermin Resources Limited. Theroyalty agreement and the acquisition of the exploration permits are describedin the Company's AIM admission document dated 20 January 2006.
