Jarvis has been informed that, on 24 April 2013, Sion Securities Limited ("Sion"), a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, bought 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 253p per share. On the same day, Mr Grant purchased 5,777 Ordinary Shares for his SIPP at a price of 255.336p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion, a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, Mr Andrew Grant's SIPP and Mr Andrew Grant's spouse) is 6,418,150 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 59.9% of the Company's 10,714,000 voting rights.
