Director’s Holding

Windar Photonics plc (“Windar”, the “Company”), was yesterday notified that on 18 June 2015, director Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen transferred 6,923,938 ordinary shares in the Company, held in the name Sinika Limited (“Sinika”), to a new beneficially controlled company incorporated in Luxembourg, Pasinika s.à.r.l. (“Pasinikia”) for nil consideration.

Mr Jensen is the sole beneficial owner of Sinika and Pasinika. On completion of the transfer his beneficial interest in the Company remains at 6,923,938 ordinary shares.
