DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 7 October 2011, Christopher Keljik, a director of the Company, has been allotted 108 shares in the Company at a price of 448.58 pence per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend arrangements.

Following this transaction, Mr Keljik's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 30,464 representing 0.009% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
