London, UK, 8 June 2016 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") has

received notification that on 7 June 2016 Iain Ross a Director of the Company, sold

200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, held in the name of Pershing Nominees, at a price of 135 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Ross now holds 505,809 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 3.625% of the Company's issued share capital) in the name of Pershing Nominees.
