Director's dealings
Winkworth was notified today that, on 10 November 2014, Dominic Agace, chief executive officer of the Company, transferred 500 ordinary shares in Winkworth ("Ordinary Shares") between two investment accounts held in his name. The transfer was carried out for personal tax planning reasons and, following the transfer, Mr Agace's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 546,128 Ordinary Shares representing 4.3% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
