London, UK, 7 June 2016 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") has

received notification that on 6 June 2016 Dominic Tonner, a Director of the Company, sold

50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, held in the name of Thomas Grant & Company Limited, at a price of 140 pence per share. Following the sale, Mr Tonner now holds 2,600,837 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 18.64% of the Company's issued share capital) in the name of Thomas Grant & Company Limited.
