London, UK, 21 March 2016 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("the Company") has received notification that on 17 March 2016 Raj Uppal, a Director of the Company, transferred 6,975,887 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company previously held in his own name into a nominee account in the name of Lynchwood Nominees Limited.
Following the transfer, there has been no change to the total beneficial holding of Mr Uppal, and he continues to be interested in 7,035,887 ordinary shares (which represents approximately 50.43% of the Company's issued share capital).
The Company's issued share capital as at the date of this notification is 13,951,773 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
