Part Assignment of Unsecured Convertible Loan Note
The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of the £1.7 million unsecured convertible loan note (the "Loan") issued to Burnbrae Limited on 1st August 2012, £500,000 of this Loan has been assigned to Jim Mellon.
Jim Mellon is the Company's Executive Chairman. Burnbrae Limited is wholly owned by a trust of which Jim Mellon is a life tenant.
