The Company was notified today of the following transactions.

On 4 June 2009 Mr Joe Case, a director of the Company, sold 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.023p per share. On 5 January 2010 Mr Case bought 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.05p per share. As at the date of this announcement, Mr Case holds 35,710,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.32% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
