The Board of the Company was informed today that the wife of Garry Peagam, Group Finance Director of the Company, has sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 202p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 51,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
