The 600 Group Plc ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, announces it was today notified of the following trades in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which occurred today at a price of 16.75p per share:

Mrs JM Rogers, wife of Nigel Rogers, CEO of the Company, sold 839,728 Ordinary Shares and purchased 107,500 Ordinary Shares through her ISA account, following changes to rules relating to ISA investment in AIM stocks.

Nigel Rogers purchased 107,500 Ordinary Shares through his ISA account and 624,728 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP.

The total beneficial holding of Nigel Rogers, including that of his wife, remains unchanged by the above transactions, Nigel Rogers remains interested in a total of 1,209,728 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.43% of the total voting rights.
