Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that the wife of Peter Page, Chief Executive of Devro, Sally Page has today transferred, for no consideration, 48,828 Devro plc 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") to each of her sons, William Page and Edward Page. As these transfers are between Connected Persons of Peter Page, he retains a notifiable interest in these Shares, and his interest in Devro is unchanged at 600,000 Shares, representing 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Michal Stocek, Business Director and PDMR of the Company, has also advised the Company (1) that he yesterday sold 17,599 Shares at 329p each; and (2) that he has today acquired 40,000 Shares following the vesting of an award under the Devro 2003 Performance Share Plan. This award was originally granted on 24 March 2010, and was subject to performance conditions which were fully met.
