Director's shareholding

iomart announces that on 30 September 2009 Fred Shedden, director of the Company, transferred 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). Accordingly, 60,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 51.5p per share and 60,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 51.5p per share.

Following these transactions, Fred Shedden's interest in the Company comprises 744,588 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.76 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
