Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 4 July Marianne Oldham, a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party, purchased 782 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Marianne Oldham holds 2,332,976 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 1.62% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.

The above transaction has slightly increased the Gavin Oldham concert party's total holding to 98,905,322 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 68.85% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
