Directors' Interest

Beacon Hill Resources Plc (AIM: BHR), the AIM listed resource company, has been notified that on 7 May 2010 Timothy Jones, Non-executive Director of Beacon Hill, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 5.25 pence per share. 

As a result of this acquisition Mr. Jones has an interest in 660,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital, and 2,260,000 options to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares in the Company.
