Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified today that on 26 February 2010 Simon Emeny, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 396 pence per share.
Mr Emeny's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 24,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
