Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified that Robert Purcell, Chief Executive, has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr Purcell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, including the beneficial holdings of persons closely associated with him, is as follows:
