Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed that, on 27 November 2014, Katie Rogers, Financial Director, exercised options to acquire 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Katie Rogers is interested in 77,368 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
