The Company was notified yesterday that Mr Ken Leung, Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60 pence each on 16 May 2008. Following this notification, Mr Ken Leung has a beneficial interest in 265,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.92% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Stadium Group PLC's capital consists of 28,812,198 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
