The Company has been advised that on 11 December 2014, Mark Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 560 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 565p per share, which represents 0.0008% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Fane and persons connected to him had a total interest of 143,910 shares in the Company which represents 0.1974% of the Company's issued share capital.
