Director's shareholding
The Company received notification today that on 27 July 2011, Fred Shedden, Non-executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") from his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 112 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Shedden holds 664,588 Ordinary Shares representing 0.67 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
